The LLM reasoner is optional and runs off the decision hot path. When it is disabled, no data reaches a reasoning provider.
Sub-processors process data only on documented instructions, under the terms of the DPA.
The dated, authoritative sub-processor list is provided with the DPA on request through sales@fidacy.com.
We notify customers under an enterprise agreement of any new or replaced sub-processor before it begins processing their data, with a reasonable window to raise a reasonable objection, as set out in the DPA.
